Hey, HCOS students and families!
It’s time to put your thinking caps on and come up with the best costumes for HCOS Spirit Week, because it’s just around the corner!
Whether you’ve homeschooled with HCOS your whole life, or this is your first year at HCOS, this is the perfect time for you to have some fun and make some great memories!
What is Spirit Week?
Student Council is hosting Spirit Week, which is a week-long event filled with fun (or funny!) daily themes where students can dress up and share their creativity! It’s all about having fun and making learning even more exciting!
Why should I join?
- Fun & Creativity
Each day has a different theme, giving you the opportunity to express yourself in different ways!
- Easy to Participate
Whether you’re at home doing this by yourself or you’re dressing up with a group of friends, it’s simple to join! Just don’t forget to take some pictures!
Be a Part of It and Show Your Spirit!
- When is this happening?
The dates of this event are April 14-18.
- How is this going to work?
There are 5 days. Each day has a theme. You dress up according to the theme of the day, take a picture, and upload it to the Google form! There are 4 grade groups, and each day, there will be a winner from each group. At the end of the 5 days, the 20 winners will be put on a wheel of names. The winner of that will receive the grand prize, and all of the 19 other winners will receive a small prize.
- What are the groups?
- Grades K-3 – Group #1
- Grades 4-6 – Group #2
- Grades 7-9 – Group #3
- Grades 10-12 – Group #4
