Partnering with your family to provide personalized Christian education for your children this past school year has been a privilege. We are so grateful that you are part of our community.
It’s re-enrollment time, and we look forward to hearing from you regarding your intent for the 2025/2026 school year. We are making plans for staffing and programs that will best serve our families and your responses help make this possible.
This year, we are excited to launch Crew, a middle school pilot program for students in grades 8 and 9. Interested students can express their interest in joining the Crew program for 2025-2026 when they re-enroll. To learn more about this opportunity, please visit our Crew information pages.
This past year, we reached capacity as a school and needed to close enrollment. To ensure you can secure a spot, please re-enroll by the end of Friday, January 31. After this date, we will begin to accept new applications and will no longer be able to guarantee a spot for re-enrollment. (Note: New siblings of current students, including Kindergarten, are always given priority)
At this point, we anticipate tuition and resource amounts to be the same as this current school year. We will continue to offer our bursary program through Forward Together, and we continue to look for opportunities to reduce the impact on families; however, available funds for bursaries have reduced significantly, resulting in decreased thresholds for bursary eligibility. - If you are unsure of your username, please email tech@onlineschool.ca
2. Click the re-enrollment button shown below:
3. Read through the instructions and select Yes or No.
4. Press the Save and Continue button.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete re-enrollment.

Once re-enrolled, students will be assigned a PO number for the 2025/2026 school year that can be used as of April 28th, the week of HCOS Connect events.
