The Pen-Pal Program is Back!
Your HCOS Student Council is thrilled to bring back ‘Building Friendships,’ our hit pen-pal program! We’re excited to continue the program and welcome both new and returning students!
Our goal as the Student Council is to bring students of all ages together, foster new friendships, create meaningful connections, and build a sense of community here at HCOS.
You may be thinking, “I live so far out,” “mail is hard to get,” or even “I don’t want to share my mailing address.” We have a solution! You can also sign up for an Email Pen-Pal.

*If you are interested in an Email-Pal over a Letter Pen-Pal, make sure to select “Electronic Mail” on the sign-up form.
Sign-up responses will be open from January 9, 2026 to January 26, 2026.
You will receive your pen-pal’s information on January 30, 2026.
Friendships can change your life, and building new ones is always fun! Finding friends can be a challenge, and as teenagers in HCOS, we’ve experienced this in one way or another.
This program has no final date. We hope you and your pen-pal enjoy writing to each other and become great friends!
