The Student Success Centre (SSC) team has been busy preparing for the 24/25 school year – we are SO excited to be a part of your academic journey this year!

Needing a little more info before diving in?
Last year, the SSC supported over 225 students (Grades 5-12) and ran over 2000 sessions! That says a lot! We might not be able to write your English essay, take your Physics Exam, or sit beside you for hours each day to keep you motivated and on task, but something tells me there is at least one thing on this list that we could help you with!
- Navigating Brightspace, Study Forge and Encom
- Academic Courses – comprehension, higher level thinking, step-by-step instruction
- Preparation for Literacy and Numeracy Provincial Assessments
- Executive Functioning – organization, scheduling, planning, time management
- Accountability and Check-ins
- Motivation and Focus – kicking procrastination and distractions to the curb
- Skill-building – note taking, study and test preparation, communication
- Building confidence due to anxiety or insecurity
One last piece of advice ….
